We continue the New Year's marathon and again we receive and give gifts! On December 20, we asked to do a flight mission for the Vizard-meteo satellite using an add-on to our MIDE software package, which we are still calling the MIDE AstroPlanner.
The video shows you the process of planning the shooting of a certain object with the number 28415U. We select the interval, set distance limits, Sun angle limits... and then we just watch and enjoy the process.
After a while, we look at the photo that came from the satellite that worked on our assignment. On the celestrak portal, object 28415U is in a set called 100 (or so) Brightest. Not deceived, bright as a flashlight! 18 kilometers distance, 50 and 250 meters per pixel camera resolution... But the cross was a credit.

What can we say? If you need free space software, and even cross-platform, then you should call the Astrodynamics! If you need to buy space software... then you should call the Astrodynamics anyway!
